This guide is very thorough, which means it's long! Sit down, grab a glass of (insert favorite beverage here) and read this until the very end!

Our style
Modern, minimalist, and timeless. The images captured are raw, unfettered, not heavily edited to allow the true personality and beauty of the person to remain. We believe that each small nuance and detail shapes us and tells a story from our lives that are simply too beautiful to erase.
All of our lines and 'imperfections' tell a story. They carry memories of experiences and remind us of the journey we have taken.
Meet your photographer
Amy Ciscool is a photographer who celebrates the human form through all life stages via minimalist timeless images. As a person that values self expression and authenticity, she is incredibly passionate about capturing the essence of women through her craft.
Amy’s artistry, attention to detail, and compassion, in combination with her ability to put people at ease creates a safe space for her client’s to be present and allow their inner being to surface.
She pays special attention to how her clients naturally move, their subtle gestures and expressions, to create authentic images that showcase her client’s personality.
She truly looks forward to providing women with an experience of a lifetime and creating images that will be treasured for years to come.
Where are you located?
Our private boutique studio is located five minutes from downtown New Hope, PA (45 minutes from Philadelphia), a scenic small town located on the Delaware River.
Our by appointment only intimate space provides a cozy and comfortable environment to create images that you will treasure forever.
This space offers large windows which allows for soft, natural light, and studio lighting to create the most perfect lighting for photography. Our minimal decor contributes to the clean and contemporary feel of the images.
I don't look like the women in your portfolio
You are absolutely right! You are unique and special, there is no one like you. Choose this experience for yourself and let us show you how extraordinary you are!
Our photography is for every BODY. You are never too big, too small, too old, or too anything to do a photo session with us. There is no such thing as the body that should or should not be photographed.
How does this work?
Your entire photo session experience will last 4 hours. You will receive complimentary hair and makeup, access to our client wardrobe, and much more!
I will pose you from head to pointed toe, and help you with a variety of facial expressions. Prepare to be sore after your session, we do a LOT of bending and twisting (it's quite the workout!).
Studio Sessions begin at 9:30AM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We end at 1:30PM.
Your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment will take place ~2 weeks after your photo session. You will select which images you would like to purchase and how you would like to display them at home! Ordering appointments take approximately 1 hour. All of our clients will have picked out and prepaid for their Collection, so the ordering process is a breeze! (More info on this coming to you soon!)
Can my partner/friend/mom come to my photo session or my ordering appointment?
We do not allow guests to be present for any portion of the time you spend with us.
Our services are best delivered in a 1-on-1 atmosphere with your complete undivided attention.
What will I wear?
We have created a beautiful and comprehensive wardrobe guide that should give you the guidance on what to bring to your session.
You will make a Pinterest board and share it with us, so we can help you make your dream shoot a reality.
Who is going to be there the day of my session?
You and your photographer.
Your hair and makeup artist leaves after completion of the service.
Do I get to talk to you before my session?
Most of our clients book their session online, which is kind of like our "first date"!
Then, about a month or two before your session, we will have one 30 minute phone consultation so we can make sure you're ready for the session and answer any questions.
We are here for you every step of the way to make sure you feel prepared and comfortable during this process. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

What is your retouching philosophy?
We want to help you feel beautiful now, just the way you are. We provide you with complementary hair and makeup styling, guidance on wardrobe, and amazing lighting and posing techniques to highlight your beautiful features.
We do not believe in heavy photoshopping. Don't get me wrong, we do retouch all of our images and will gladly remove all of your bruises, scratches, and pimples, but we don't want to over manipulate your body to make you look like someone you are not. We do not remove tan lines or correct skin tone from tanning beds or spray tans, so proceed with caution.
We already live in a time where we are consumed with unrealistic bodies in the media, we want to show you that you are beautiful at this very moment without over the top retouching.
Honestly, most of our clients are WOW-ed at how amazing their images look straight out of camera and opt for less retouching than they thought they needed. It's all a very personal decision, and one that we leave up to you once you have viewed your images.
Product Delivery Time
Your products will be available for pick up in about 8-10 weeks after your session.
Once your products are ready for pick up, you will receive an email to coordinate a day/time for you to pick up your product(s).
We do not offer online galleries or multiple appointments for your reveal, all ordering decisions must be made at your reveal appointment.
Archival Services
Amy Ciscool Photography does not provide archival services. All photographs and products must be purchased at the sales session/before close of the online gallery.
I need my images by a specific date, when should I book?
Our studio books up 6-12 months in advance and our printed products can take up to 10 weeks for delivery.
Make sure you reach out to book well in advance of when you need your images!
If you have a special occasion coming up or wish to book a holiday appointment, I recommend booking 1 YEAR in advance of that date. Yes! You should book a year in advance to secure special dates!
What can I expect to spend at my Reveal & Ordering Appointment?
Before we have created your images, it is hard for me to give you an exact figure as to what to expect. Some women want a basic album, others invest several thousand on a Collection with a variety of products. What you spend is up to you!
That being said, if you're looking for a "quick shoot" or "just a few images," this is not the session for you. We offer a full day experience and show you ~75 images. We only offer luxury products, because you are worth it.
Investing in yourself is priceless. You'll never tire of your images or forget the way the session day made you feel. I cannot wait to give you this incredible experience!
What do I need to do to book?
The Photo Session Creative Fee is $790 and is required to reserve your photo session on our calendar.
Complimentary professional hair & makeup artistry for 1 person, which provides you the opportunity to be pampered before your photo session commences
Sessions customized for you with outfit changes, setups, poses, and backgrounds.
An extensive session prep guide.
Session planning meeting to prepare for your amazing day.
Up to 1.5 hours customized guided photo shoot with Posing and Expression Coaching at our private studio in New Hope, PA.
3 Wardrobe Changes
In person photo reveal and ordering meeting ~2 weeks after your photo session to view your images, select images for your album, and order additional products.
No images or products are included in the photo session creative fee.
The White Collection | $3000
Includes 20 artistically edited images in an 8x8 (grey sample) handcrafted album with the gorgeous linen fabric or cruelty free leather cover with corresponding web-resolution digital files of the printed images.
Additional $500 to add increments of 5 images, which upgrades the album size to 10x10 (black sample).
The Black Collection | $4000
Includes 30 artistically edited images presented in a modern 8x12 luxurious art album handcrafted in Italy with a matching custom made display box. Also included are 30 corresponding web-resolution digital files of the printed images (Most Popular Collection).
Additional $500 to add increments of 5 images.
The Platinum Collection | $5240 ($5550 Value)
Includes 30 artistically edited images presented in a modern 8x12 luxurious art album handcrafted in Italy with a matching custom made display box as well as 30 corresponding web-resolution digital files of the printed images. Additional $500 to add increments of 5 images. This beautiful collection also includes 1 - 24X36 Metal Print with a panel in the back providing a modern floating on the wall look.

Wall Art: Stunning metal prints professionally mounted on aluminum provides a modern statement piece in your home. The images are infused into the metal surface, which creates luminous feeling to the prints. The prints appear to float away from the wall when mounted on the wall, as the hangers are recessed from the edges of the prints. This creates an art gallery feel for your image(s).

Payment
We know that this experience is an investment and therefore offer payment plan options.
You can split up the cost of any of our products via our interest free in-house payment plan and make smaller monthly or weekly payments towards your purchase leading up to your shoot (usually 9-12 months).
It's easy and we set it up for you on auto-pay so you never have to worry about late fees!
