More Than an Image: AIBP Best of Boudoir 2024 + Yesterday, You Said Tomorrow | 2.13.25
SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE :-)
Hello Beautiful,
I’m honored to share that one of my images has been recognized as an AIBP Best of Boudoir 2024 by the Association of International Boudoir Photographers.
My photography is so much more than creating beautiful images. It’s about storytelling, empowerment, and capturing the raw depth of human emotion. To be acknowledged among so many talented artists in this field is truly meaningful—not just for me but for every person who has ever stepped in front of my camera, trusting me to document their strength, vulnerability, and beauty in a way that feels true to them.
This recognition isn’t just about an image. It’s about the real people, the real stories, and the courage it takes to be seen.
A heartfelt thank you to my clients—the ones who show up, who let their guard down, and who allow me to create with them. This work is deeply personal, intentional, and filled with purpose. I’m grateful every day that I get to do it.

THIS WEEK’S CONVERSATION
Yesterday, You Said Tomorrow
I saw this quote somewhere recently: “Yesterday, you said tomorrow.” Apparently, it was from a Nike ad, and I was reminded of it today. Probably because it’s so simple and so brutally honest. How many times have we told ourselves TOMORROW? Tomorrow, I’ll start working out. Tomorrow, I’ll pursue that dream. Tomorrow, I’ll make the change I know I need.
But then tomorrow comes, and suddenly, we’re pushing it off again.
I was in the car yesterday with a friend, and we were talking about this exact thing, how easy it is to keep delaying the things we say we want. And I brought up something I had seen recently (maybe a podcast, maybe just mindlessly scrolling through Instagram). It was an actor talking about how they keep a picture of their younger self as their phone wallpaper. They do it as a reminder that every choice they make should honor that child, to protect them, to carry their hopes forward, to be someone they’d look up to.
It stuck with me because I’ve been doing something similar for years. Not with a wallpaper, but with an awareness. A commitment. A promise to myself that I would grow into someone I could be proud of.
And here’s the thing: regret is a terrible feeling. It lingers. It whispers… what if? It makes you wonder what could have been if only you had started sooner.
So, let me ask you: Are you on the path yet? If not, what’s stopping you?
Fear? Uncertainty? The weight of responsibility? I get it. But that younger version of you, the one who had hopes, who dreamed of something bigger, they’re still in there, waiting for you to move.
So start. Whatever it is, just start. Not next year. Not next month. TODAY.
Because yesterday, you said tomorrow. And the last thing you want is to wake up one day and realize that you never actually arrived.
But here’s the good news: IT’S NOT TOO LATE. You’re here. You’re reading this. And you can decide, right now, to take a step forward. Even a small one. Because progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about moving. One step, one choice, one moment at a time.
And who knows? A year from now, you might look back and realize that today was the day everything changed.
